I can tell you exactly the day my fitness journey began. I was in the 7th grade in my second year of sports and let’s just say they were not going as well as I would have liked haha. So my dad introduced me to push-ups, sit-ups, tricep extensions, and bicep curls with a single 30lbs dumbbell in our family living room. From that day it has led me to an exceptional high school athletic performance that gave me the opportunity to continue my passion in college. At Walsh University I received my bachelors in Exercise science PT. I was then given the amazing opportunity to work at Cleveland Clinic as an Exercise specialist. Which was an absolutely amazing opportunity that led me to realizing how little impact I could really have on the health and wellness industry compared to how much I wanted to make. From that point on I have dedicated my mission to helping as many people as possible in reaching  for their absolute best. Through small changes to someone’s beliefs, knowledge, and actions that compound towards their own best physical health.

If you were stranded on a desert island what are 3 items you would bring?
If I was stranded on a desert island, I could only bring three items. I would bring the book “The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali” since I would have a lot of time to sit and think why not be the best sitting thinker out there haha. The second item I would bring is a swiss army knife because that's just a practical decision for survival. The third and final item I would bring is 1000 lbs of bumper plates and a barbell, let's get strong!
What is your favorite workout exercise?
My favorite exercise is the Olympic Clean and Jerk, just one of my true forms of strength that just is able to connect you to a lineage of lifting that is incomparable to other movements.
