Bio

My name is Matt Molnar and I’m an ISSA E-CPT with certifications in strength and conditioning and sports nutrition currently working on acquiring a degree in exercise physiology. I’ve been training for almost 4 years now but my interest in fitness goes much deeper. My passion for health and fitness began in high school through playing football and rugby. I continued with athletics into college where I played rugby for Ohio University and briefly competed in powerlifting, and carried over to personal training and strength coaching where I now help others understand the connection between the body and mind and how optimizing both can open up infinite possibilities. My goal is to push my clients to be the best they can, both mentally and physically, and I will not stop until that is achieved!

FAQs

If you were stranded on a desert island what are 3 items you would bring?
If I was stranded on a desert island, I could only bring three items. I would bring the book “The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali” since I would have a lot of time to sit and think why not be the best sitting thinker out there haha. The second item I would bring is a swiss army knife because that's just a practical decision for survival. The third and final item I would bring is 1000 lbs of bumper plates and a barbell, let's get strong!
What is your favorite workout exercise?
My favorite exercise is the Olympic Clean and Jerk, just one of my true forms of strength that just is able to connect you to a lineage of lifting that is incomparable to other movements.
